MANDATORY - IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Athletes trying out for Riot Volleyball Club season  are to complete the online registration. Walk-ons are welcome however the online registration will still need to be completed prior to the athlete entering the season tryouts. We strongly encourage having this process completed prior to arriving for the tryout to help speed up the process.  

 

The athlete also will need to ensure they have enrolled as a member in the Volleyball Registration System (VRS), as a recreation player and pay a non-refundable fee of $21.81 ($14.00 Volleyball Alberta plus $5.00 Volleyball Canada fee plus GST Plus Annual SAAS fee plus service fee $1.11). Volleyball Alberta Fees Page

Previous memberships expire on August 31st of each year therefore it is MANDATORY that all Players, Coaches, and Club Staff become Volleyball Alberta members PRIOR to participating in tryouts, camps or other training sessions if there membership with Volleyball Alberta is expired.

 

With all club seasons once team selections are complete, we will complete the upgrade to your membership. This additional fee is already included within Riot Volleyball seasons club fees. If an athlete does not make a team they are still eligible to sign up for other clinics, camps or league programs without re-paying the recreational player fee for the remainder of the 2023/2024 season which runs until August 31, 2024.
